HPLC法测定中成药和保健食品中违法添加的6种肾上腺皮质激素 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立测定中成药和保健食品中6种肾上腺皮质激素(醋酸地塞米松、醋酸泼尼松龙、醋酸氢化可的松、醋酸泼尼松、醋酸可的松、倍他米松)的高效液相色谱法。方法样品经提取浓缩后,以C18柱色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)分离;流动相为乙腈-水(40∶60);流速为1 ml/min;紫外检测波长为240 nm。结果 6种成分均能良好地提取分离和测定,在进样量20~2 000 ng范围内,含量与峰面积线性关系良好(r≥0.999 8),加标回收率为75%~110%。结论本法简便快速准确,可用于对中成药或保健食品中违法添加的6种肾上腺皮质激素的定性筛查和含量测定。 Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine 6 adrenal corticostreroids (dexamethasone acetate, prednisolone acetate, hydrocortisone acetate, prednisone acetate, cortisone acetate, betamethasone), which were illicitly added in Chinese traditional medicines or health-care foods. Methods The C 18 column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 um) was adopted for isolation; acetonitrile-water (40: 60) was used as mobile phase; and UV absorbance was set at 240 nm as detecting wavelength. Results Six adrenal corticostreroids were well resolved and determined. The correlation coefficients of all detection curves were ≥ 0. 999 8 within the injecting quantity range of 20 - 2 000 ng. The spiked recoveries were 75% -101%. Conclusion The method is simple, efficient, accurate, which can be fully used to determining the 6 adrenal corticostreroids illicitly added in Chinese traditional medicines or health-care foods.
