针对我国人口迅即进入老龄化的现实问题 ,综合有关调查资料和医学实践体会 ,明确提出优死无疑应是人生的美满结局。随着人类的进步和文明程度的不断提高 ,临终病人多将乐于选择甚至期盼优死。为此 ,我国应加速拓展回归服务业。既可提高临终病人的生命质量 ,又可节省我国有限的医药资源和减轻其亲属的精神和经济负担 ,还可增加若干就业岗位和提高国民的社会生存环境质量。

In the light of realistic problems on the popula- tions of China entering the period of old age,the paper summarizes some investigation materials and practical thinking of medicine,and explicitly points out the superior death is a satisfactory end of life undoubtedly.With the un- interrupted raise of human proress and civilization level, the approaching death persons will be willing to select and evenexpect superior death.For this reason、we should ac- celerate and expand the service trade for the approaching death persons,which Can both raise the life quality of the patients approaching death and save the limited resollrces of medicine,and relieve the patients'relative burdens of spirit and economy;stillincrease some chances of employ- ment as well as raise the quality of existence environment of citizen.
