人的发展包括身体和心理的发展,而实际教育中人们往往重视知识的发展,忽视了人的发展的其他方面。本文试图通过对教育本质和人的身心发展问题的探讨,分析在教育中如何实现人的全面发展,也就是身心发展。

The development of physical and mental development including, and the actual education of people often takes the knowledge of development, ignore the human development in other ways. This paper attempts to education essence and their physical and mental development, this paper analyzes how to realize the education in the comprehensive development of man, i.e. , the physical and mental development.
