摘要
整体听写,又称语法听写,是一种以篇章为基础、以任务为基础、以学生为中心的教学活动,它要求学生通过使用目的语交流来完成课堂任务,被认为是一种语言形式和语言意义并重的英语教学方法。本研究对整体听写进行了为期一年的实证研究,发现整体听写既能提高学生理解语言意义的能力,也能促进使用语言形式的能力。
The whole dictation, also called grammar dictation, is a text -oriented, task -based and learner- centered teaching method that requires learners to use the target language to communicate and achieve an objective, and is also considered as a Focus on Form approach in TEFL with an emphasis on both meaning and form. Therefore, the researcher conducted an empirical study to find that the whole dictation is effective in promoting learners'ability to use language forms and comprehend language meaning.
