Dr Sun Ji, Heilongjiang University law school＇s monograph The Modern Criminal Litigation Structure Theory, is an important work in the field of the philosophy of the criminal procedure law of China in recent years, it is permeated with exploring the philosophy of the criminal procedure law. This new research is primarily reflected in the work on critical review of the study on the construction of the criminal proceedings, depth exploration of the concept of criminal procedure and the code of criminal procedure law of persistent pursuit.
