废旧锂离子电池溶胶-凝胶法制备钴铁氧体研究 被引量:1

Preparation of Cobalt Ferrites from Spent Lithium-Ion Batteries with Sol-gel Method

摘要 利用废旧锂离子电池溶解液为原料,以硝酸为溶解酸,柠檬酸铵为凝胶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出钴铁氧体,并对制备条件进行了优化.借助于XRD,SEM,EDS和VSM等手段分别对产品的晶态、形貌、组成和磁性能进行了表征.结果表明:以硝酸作溶解酸溶解锂离子电池,采用柠檬酸铵为凝胶剂,凝胶化过程中pH=6.50时,所得产品具有较好的磁性能,此条件下制得产品的饱和磁化强度Ms为76.43A.m2.kg-1,剩余磁化强度Mr为38.57A.m2.kg-1,矫顽力Hc为105.23kA.m-1. Using dissolution of spent lithium ion battery as raw material, nitrate as melting acid and ammonium citrate as gel, cobalt ferrites are prepared with sol-gel method and conditions of preparation are optimized. The crystalline state, topogram, composition and magnetic performance of products are expressed by XRD, SEM, EDS and VSM. It shows that using ni- tric acid to dissolve lithium-ion battery and ammonium citrate as gel, the crystalline state of cobalt ferrites is prepared well at pH=6.50 in the process of gelation. The saturation magnetization (Ms), remnant magnetization (Mr), and coercivity (Hc) of the product synthesized under these conditions are determined to be 76. 43 A · m^2 · kg^-1 , 38. 57 A · m^2 · kg^-1 and 105.23 kA · m ^-1 respectively.
