虎掌刺银耳水溶性总糖提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 对利用热水提取法从虎掌刺银耳中提取总糖的工艺条件进行了研究.在提取过程中,通过单因素法分析了几个主要因素:料液质量比、提取温度及提取时间对提取率的影响.在单因素的基础上,通过响应曲面法对热水提取虎掌刺银耳总糖的工艺条件进行了优化,实验表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:料液质量比为1∶40,提取温度95℃,提取210min,提取率为19.21%.利用超氧阴离子清除实验与羟自由基清除实验研究虎掌刺银耳提取物的体外抗氧化作用,结果显示虎掌刺银耳提取物具有强于维生素C的体外抗氧化作用. This paper studies the process of extracting polysaccharides from Pseudohydnum gelatinosum Karst. During the extracting process, three main factors including solid, liquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time are studied by using single factor analysis method. On basis of the above, the optimal conditions of extraction of total sugar are obtained by RSM as follows: ratio of solid to liquid 1 = 40, water extraction temperature of 95 ℃, and water extraction time of 210min. There is the highest precipitation ratio of polysaecharides 19.21%. On the basis of superoxide radical assay and hydroxyl radical assay, antioxidant activities of the extract are investigated. The results show that water-soluble extracts have higher inhibitory activity than that of Vc for hydroxyl radical and superoxide radical.
