摘要
目的:探讨田径运动员元认知能力和运动能力的相关性.方法:用问卷调查的方法获得田径运动员元认知能力的成绩,用SPSS 13.0统计学软件对所得数据进行描述性统计、单因素方差分析和相关分析.结果:(1)运动健将、一级运动员和二级运动员的元认知能力之间有显著性差异(P<0.05),在运动健将和二级运动员之间达到了极显著性差异(P<0.01);(2)田径运动员元认知能力和运动等级之间有显著的正相关关系.结论:提高田径运动员元认知能力,对于提高田径运动员的运动成绩有重要意义.
Objective: to explore the correlation between metacognition ability and athletic ability of track man. Methods: by using questionnaire survey method ,all date of metacognition ability grade is obtained. SPSS 1 3.0 for windows is employed in this paper to statistical analysis. Results: (1) for masters of sports and the second grade sportsmen, the first grade sports men and the second grade sportsmen,masters of sports and the second grade sportsmen, the significant differences do exist(P〈 0.05) ;even there are remarkable significant differences between masters of sports and the second grade sportsmen(P〈0.01) ; (2)metaeognition ability are positively correlated to athletic ability of track man. Conclusions:metacognition ability does improve athletic ability of track man.
