麦草改良AS法和改良NS法连续蒸煮的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了避免强碱蒸煮条件对纸浆强度的影响,进行了弱碱条件(改良AS法和改良NS法)连续蒸煮的研究,研究结果指出:在一般的用碱量条件下,改良AS法在16012,蒸煮20~30分钟,改良NS法在170℃蒸煮25~35分钟均能得到满意的结果,浆料的高锰酸钾值大约是13左右,得率大约是52~54%。 The mechanisms of dclignification of wheat straw during modified AS (NaOH+Na2S+Na2SO3) and NS (Na2CO3+Na2S+Na2SO3) continuous pulping were investigated. The results showed that 20-30min at 160℃ for modified AS(MAS)pulping and 25-35min at 170℃ for modified NS (MNS) pulping were necessary to defiber wheat straw chops. The permanganate numbers were about 13. The yields were about 52-54%.The topochcmistrics of dclignification during wheat straw MAS and MNS continuous pulping were also studied. It was found that the dclignification rates in CML and CC were faster than that in S at the beginning of the cooking. Furthermore all the dclignification rates in the three morphological areas were very fast. This could be the main reason for fast-cooking of wheat straw.The above results were proved by the structural changes in pulp and dissolved lignin.
