摘要 进行了黑云杉爆破法制浆的研究,探讨了爆破式放料,气相蒸煮温度和时间对纸浆的磨浆性能、机械性质和光学性质的影响。可以看到纤维在胞间层分离及并无明显的损伤,爆破式放料的纸浆与逐渐减压后排出的浆料相比,在蒸煮温度低于200℃时,前者较难磨浆,强度和光学性质亦较差;仅在200℃时,前者才有某些优点,关于爆破法制浆某些问题,尚待进一步探讨。 Vapor-phase cooking of black spruce chips treated with sodium sulfite was conducted to study the effects of explosive discharge, steaming time and cooking temperature on the refining behavior, mechanical and optical properties of the resulting pulps. Fiber separation in the middle lamella was observed and no apparent fiber damage was noted. Fibers exploded below 200℃ are more difficult to refine and inferior in strength and optical charateristics compared with the fibers(chips)discharged at atmospheric or low pressure.Explosion at 200℃ gives seme advantages.More work is still needed to elucidate the potential and a future direction for the explosion process.
