降膜板式蒸发站的污冷凝水处理和臭气燃烧

The Treatment of Foukd Condcnsate and Burning of Stripped Gases from Free Flow Falling Film Evaporator

本文介绍了降膜板式蒸发站污水处理技术以及设备的运行情况,并对运行中的一些问题进行探讨,降膜板式蒸发站采用的新技术包括:蒸发器的低BOD结构设计;流程中对二次蒸汽冷凝水的清浊分流;对分离出的污冷凝水进行汽提;汽提出的臭气送石灰炉焚烧;真空泵臭气送石灰炉焚烧。

The fouled condensatc from black liquor evaporation ft one of main pollution source in kraft process. The free flow falling film evaporation plant has solved this problem more effectively. Some new techniques have been used such as: the low BOD design of evaporator; the separate collection of the fouled cond sate and secondary condcnsate; the stripping of fouled condensate; the burning of stripped gases and the gases form vaccum pump. After stripping, most of the pollutants arc stripped out of the foul condensatc. The stripped condensatc is cleaner than secondary condensatc and can be used in process.This paper presents the new techniques and discusses some operation problems.
