摘要
本文是模拟造纸亚硫酸铵法蒸煮,对蒸煮器进行牺牲阳极保护研究,通过实验比较,认为对亚硫酸铵蒸煮器进行阳极保扩是可行的,并且筛选出较好的牺牲阳极。在以麦草为原料,用药量为12%,液比为1:8的条件下,3号牺牲阳极对A_3钢的保护度可达69%,保护一台25m^3的蒸球,平均每年费用只不过几十元,而蒸球寿命可延长为原来的一倍多,除此之外,本文还对牺性阳极的研究提出新的,可实施的方法。
In the condition of neutral ammonium sulfite cooking,sacrificial protection for the cooker was studicd.Thc studying result showed that sacrificial protection can be used to reduce the corrosion of the cooker by using Al-Zn-In-Cd as sacrificial anode.For wheat straw cooking ,thc cooker life will be double as compared with the original, while the cost for anode is very low.
