摘要
本文探讨了单汽包碱回收锅炉在设计与制造方面的特点,并与传统的双汽包碱回收锅炉进行多方面比较,鉴于单汽包碱炉在设计,制造,安装和运行等方面有其一定的特色与优点,作者认为,在日处理黑液干固物300吨,出口蒸汽压力高于3.82MPa的碱炉,选用单汽包炉型是适宜可行的。
Design and manufacture features of single drum soda recovery boiler are discussed, and compared with those of traditional two-drum design in various respects, In view of these features and advantages in the design, manufacture, installation and operation, it is suggested that single drum design is practicable for a soda recovery boiler of processing over 300 tds/ d and with outlet steam pressure of 3.82 MPa.
