对沈阳市 2 878户 (9133位居民 )的入户卫生服务需求调查结果表明 ,医疗卫生服务需要和需求较高的人群是老年人和婴幼儿 ;传染病和非传染病防治的任务并重 ;经济因素和医疗保障制度对医疗需求有重要影响 ;全市居民就医流向基本趋于合理 ,但急诊应急能力和质量应进一步提高。

Through the investigation of the requirement of resident's health service in Shenyang which involving 2878 households(9133 residents).We analysis and consider that old people and infants have the higher requirement to medical health;It is an important task for prevention and treatment of infectious disease and non-infectious diseases;Moreover,the ecnomic factor and influence on the medical requiremnt;For seeking medical advice the residents'selection is basically rational,but the emergency ability and quality should be improved in emergency treatment.
