摘要
流体的位置直接影响着循环摩阻、静液柱压力等参数计算,因此准确的预测注入井筒内流体的位置是十分重要的。固井注水泥施工过程中,由于管串组合、井身结构以及施工排量等的变化都会影响流体在井内的位置。针对注水泥施工过程中流体流动特点和井内体积组成等对注水泥作业的影响进行系统研究。采用分段式体积计算方法较为精确的确定注入井筒内各段体积流体的种类、位置,能更好的预测井内动压力的变化情况,更加准确地计算注水泥施工动态参数,对提高固井质量,确保施工过程的安全具有重要的现实意义。
The locations of fluids are directly impacted on calculating the friction of cementing,hydrostatic pressures and other dynamic parameters.Due to case-string combinations,well structure and cementing displacements,it is difficult to calculate the locations of injection fluids accurately during well cementation.It is very important to control various dynamic parameters for ensuring displacement quality during cementing.So the locations of injection fluids are very important.Through analyzing the characteristics of dynamic fluids and the composition of volume of the well,the method of segmenting the volume of the well could predict the locations of injection fluids and calculate the dynamic parameters changing and dynamic parameters accurately.So it is significant to assure the cementing quality and implementation safety.
