摘要
介绍了一种基于AVR单片机的电子延期雷管的设计方案,在阐述该方案实现方法的同时分析了该电子雷管的安全性和可靠性,给出了电子雷管内部控制电路芯片的功能结构图和部分软件流程图。试验表明,该电子延期雷管可编程延期范围为0~12 000ms,编程增量可以根据工程需要在线设定,其安全可靠、延期精度高、操作使用方便。
A design proposal about a kind of electronic delay detonator based on AVR single chip was introduced in this paper. The realization method was explained, at the same time, the safety and reliability of the electronic delay detonator was analyzed. The structure of the electronic delay detonator, the intemal control circuit structure diagram and part of the software flowchart were given. The experiment showed that the range delay time of the electronic delay detonator is from 0 to 12 000 milliseconds, and the time programmable increment step can be set online according to the engineering need. With the safety and reliability, the accuracy in delay time and easy of use, the electronic delay detonator will be extensively applicable to complicated blasting engineering of high quality.
