摘要
目的:探讨低尿钙儿童血铅水平,进一步了解人体内钙对铅吸收的影响。方法:对青岛市四方区8所小学7316名在校学生进行尿钙测定,从低尿钙组和尿钙正常组随机抽样,各选出100名7~10岁且血红蛋白>100g/L的健康儿童,用微分电位溶出法测定血铅。结果:低尿钙组血铅含量为0.56±0.13μmol/L,尿钙正常组则为0.43±0.13μmol/L,差异有高度显著性(t=7.07,P<0.01)。结论:低钙可能增加铅吸收,防治儿童铅中毒应加强钙营养研究。
Objective:To study the blood lead levels of children with hypocalciuria and realize the effect of calcium in body on the absorption of lead. Methods: Urinary calciurn of 7 316 pupils was detected at 8 primary schools in Sifang district of Qindao. The random samples of 100 low urine calcium children and 100 rormal urine calcium children weer drawn from the detected pupils, their bha lead contents were detected by the method of differential potentiometric stripping analysis. Results: The blood lead contents of the low urine calcium group and the normal urine calcium group were 0. 56 ±0. 13μmol/L and 0. 43 ± 0. 13mol/L, there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions: The lower calcium level in body could lead to an increase in the absorotion of lead,talcium nutritional status of children should be improved to prevent and treat lead poisoning.
