我国医院管理者对病案信息普遍缺乏了解,如今培养与提高病案管理人员的业务素质不仅是病案管理工作的要求,也是医院发展与社会发展的需要。因此,可以通过多种方式方法,促进病案管理人员学习掌握与病案管理相关的多学科知识,对病案管理人员存在教育认识不足,培训机会少,缺乏规范系统人才等问题予以有效解决。目的是培养并提高病案管理人员的业务素质,推进教育培训渠道的多元化,从而为实现病案专业整体的提高起到积极的作用。

Nowadays,the professional qualities training and development of medical record staff is not only the requirement of mendical record management but also the necessity of our society and hospital. Therefore, we can solve the problem of our medical manangement staffs＇ poor understanding of further education and lack of training opportunities through various methods such as promoting our medical record manangement staff to aquire relevant multidisiplinary knowledge. Our Purpose is to develop and improve the medical record management staffs＇ personal service quality and promote the diversification of education training channels, so as to make a contribution to the improvement of the whole medical record professional standard.
