摘要
目的观察回收式自体输血在骨科、妇科手术中的效果,以利更好地利用血源。方法选择66例骨科大手术、妇科手术中应用自体血连续回输系统收集手术术野或体腔出血,处理后回输给患者。结果手术患者回输自体血总体效果满意,47例未用异体血,输异体血者使用库血量明显减少。结论手术中采用血液自体回收机回输自体血可显著节约血源、安全有效、节省患者住院费用、缓解血源紧张。
Objective In order to observe the effect of autologous transfusion salvage in orthopedics and gynecological surgery. Methods 66 eases of orthopaedic and gynecological surgeries with autologous continuous transfusion salvage system were choosed. Surgery field and body cavity blood were collected and treated back to patients. Results Patients satisfy with the effect of autologous transfusion salvage. 47 cases were not use with foreign blood, patients transfused foreign blood were significantly reduced. Conclusion The use of autologous transfusion salvage can significantly save blood source, and it was safe and effective, also it save the expenses and ease blood source.
