摘要
本工作采用廉价的无机盐为引发剂,制备了淀粉-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物(简称SAM)。 SAM可用作造纸助留剂:与聚丙烯酰胺相比,其成本较低,效果略胜一筹,而且能有效地提高纤维间结合力,从而可弥补因助留而引起强度下降的不足。本文讨论了添加条件对助留效果的影响,并阐述了SAM的助留机理。
The graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto starch with inorganic salt as initiator was studied.Starch- acrylamide graft ( SAM) can be used as retention aids in papermaking. It is suppcrior to poly-acrylamidc in both economical benefits and efficiency. In addition, SAM can increase the inter-fibre bonding to compensate the decreasing of strength as a result of filler retention.The effects of the operating condition on the retention efficiency were discussed. The retention mechanism of SAM was also described.
