老年人迟发性癫痫49例临床分析

The elderly delayed epilepsy patients:A clinical analysis f 49 cases

目的 对老年人迟发性癫痫的病因及临床特点进行分析并探讨其可能的机制。方法 对 49例老年人迟发性癫痫患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 本组病例中病因明确 46例 ,其中脑血管病 2 7例 ,糖尿病 1 0例 ,脑萎缩 3例 ,头外伤 2例 ,脑囊虫、脑炎、脑肿瘤、酒精中毒各 1例 ,原因不明 3例。结论 老年人迟发性癫痫的病因大多明确 ,以脑血管病和糖尿病最常见。

To explore the cause and the clinic characters of delayed epilepsy in the older persons,with the discussion of its pathogenesis.Methods To analyze the clinic data of 49 elderly patients with delayed epilepsy.Results The casuse of disease were clear in 46 patients,in cluding 27 cases of epilepsy after CVD,10 cases of diabetes mellitus.3 cases of cerebral atrophy,2 cases of cerebral trauma,1 case of encephalitis,1 case of cerebral cysticercosis,1 case of cerebral tumor,and 1 case of alcoholism,only 3 cases their causes were unclear.Conclusion The cause of most elderly patients with delayed epilepsy is clear,and CVD and diabetes mellitus are more common.
