绿色GDP的意义不仅在于我们可以计算以往"看不见"的自然损失(包括自然资产损失和自然灾害损失),而且还在于我们可以利用"看得见"的物质资本、人力资源投入来增加自然资本。
The significance of green GDP is not only because we can calculate the 'invisible' natural losses(including loss of natural assets and losses from natural disasters),but also because we can use the 'visible' physical capital,human resource investment to increase in natural capital.
