机械通气对CVP的影响

The effect of mechanical ventilation on central venous pressure

目的探讨机械通气对CVP的影响 ,提高机械通气病人CVP的准确性和可靠性。方法对 40例机械通气病人进行CVP及机械通气有关参数的监测。结果经监测比较发现 ,机械通气使CVP上升。CVP的上升与平均气道压呈正相关。结论CVP的这种变化并不反映相伴随的血液动力学变化。

Objective To study the effect of mechanical ventilation on central venous pressure (CVP),and to improve the reliability and accuracy of mechanical ventilation on patient’s CVP.Methods 40 cases patient’s CVP after mechanical ventilation and indicators for mechanical ventilation were measured.Results The CVP was increased by mechanical ventilation. There were positive correlation between the increase in CVP and the mean pressure of gas way.Conclusion the change in CVP did not reflect the accompanied change of blood dynamics.
