动态血糖监测系统对HbA1c<6.5和HbA1c<7.0的2型糖尿病患者低血糖比较

目的了解HbA1c<6.5和HbA1c<7.0的2型糖尿病患者发生低血糖情况。方法应用动态血糖检测系统对HbA1c<6.5和HbA1c<7.0的2型糖尿病患者进行检测,并对出现低血糖的情况进行比较。结果 HbA1c<6.5的患者发生低血糖的例数和次数显著多于HbA1c<7.0的2型糖尿病患者,而两者低血糖中无症状低血糖的发生率、发生时间无显著差异。结论 HbA1c<7.0的控制目标更安全。应重视预防无症状低血糖的发生。

Conclusion HbAlc 〈7.0 goal more secure. Attention should be paid to prevention of asymptomatic hypoglycemia.
