婴幼儿补充维生素D对小囟门小儿头围发育及Gesell智力测评结果的关系探讨

目的探讨婴幼儿补充维生素D对小囟门小儿头围发育及Gesell智力测评结果的关系。方法分别在3个月、12个月,18个月三个时间节点测量头围一次,同时在三个时间节点分别做Gesell智力测评,分析其相关性。结果小囟门组与对照组在3个月、12个月、18个月时头围值均无统计学意义(P>0.05);且两组与相应年龄小儿头围正常值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组小儿3个月、12个月、18个月Gesell智力测试结果均为正常。结论服用正常剂量的维生素D和钙剂不会阻碍头围的发育,对智力无影响。

Objective To explore the infant vitamin D supplementation on small fontanel pediatric head circumference growth and Gesell intelligence test results of the relationship. Methods At 3 months, 12 months, 18 months, three points in time measurement of head circumference at a time, and at the three time points respectively do Gesell intelligence evaluation, analysis of their correlation. Results Small fontanel group and control group at 3 months, 12 months, 18 months and head circumference values were not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. And the two group and the corresponding age of pediatric head comparison of normal values of no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. Two children of 3 months, 12 months, 18 months of Gesell intelligence test results were normal. Conclusion Taking the normal dose of vitamin D and calcium will hinder the development of intelligence head circumference, no influence.
