63 cases of adverse drug reaction analysis report

目的分析总结药品发生不良反应的情况,为临床合理用药及正确评价药物提供参考。方法对我院2009～2011三年来63例药品不良反应进行分析。结果药品不良反应发生率居前三位依次是,抗感染药物,心脑血管药物,消化系统用药。结论加强临床药学开展,建立建全药品不良反应监测系统,才能有效减少药品不良反应发生,促进临床安全用药。

Objective The analysis of the drug adverse reactions happens for clinical rational drug use and corrects evaluation drugs to provide the reference.Methods From 2009～2011 to 63 cases in three years the adverse drug reaction for analysis.Results The adverse drug reaction rate to precede three was in turn,anti-infection drugs,cardiovascular drugs,and the digestive system drug use.Conclusion Strengthening in clinical pharmacy,set up perfect adverse drug reaction monitoring system,can effectively reduce the adverse drug reaction,and promote clinical safety drug use.
