中医辨证施治结合化疗对晚期胃癌的临床疗效分析

目的观察中医辨证施治结合化疗对晚期胃癌临床疗效的分析。方法选择60例来院就诊的晚期胃癌患者,中医治疗组30例患者予以中医辨证治疗,采用抗肿瘤中药制剂、中药汤剂;中西医结合组30例患者,以中医辨证施治,进行中药制剂与中药汤剂,联合西医化疗口服替吉奥。对患者进行,肿瘤扩散速率,及患者生命时间,以及患者治疗期间的生活质量。结果在肿瘤扩散速率比较上,患者治疗期间生活质量方面2两组有明显的区别(P<0.05)。但是患者生命时间方面与治疗方案没有多大的差别(P>0.05)。结论中医辨证施治结合化疗对晚期胃癌有着显效的临床效果,有助于提高患者有限生命的质量。

Objective To observe the pattern identification and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combining chemotherapy adanced gastric carcinoma clinical efficacy analysis.Methods Select 60 cases to court clinic of patients with adanced gastric carcinoma,TCM treatment group of 30 patients to Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese traditional medicine preparation antitumor decoction;Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group of 30 patients,with minimal TCM syndrome differentiation,traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine preparation decoction,western medicine oral chemotherapy for joint memorandum.For patients,tumor spread rate,and patient life time,and the quality of life of patients during treatment.Results In tumor spread rate on the comparison,patients during treatment quality of life 2 two groups had clear distinction（P〈0.05）.But patients with treatment life time not much difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation with minimal of late stomach cancer chemotherapy with the clinical effect of blood,which helps to improve the quality of life in patients with limited.
