扬克式纸机烘缸直径大且承受托辊的线载荷,因此,对该类烘缸进行应力测定和实验应力分析,则具有较高的难度且工作量大,需要事先进行周密的试验设计并须在现场处理某些应急的问题。 通过对φ2500烘缸的实测,取得了有实用价值的试验资料,为制订烘缸的设计规定提供了重要依据。
Stress determination and experimental stress analysis made for the dryer arc essential to the design of the dryer.A pressure load from the press roll is exerted on the Yankee dryer which is different from ordinary dryer. Thus the measurement of stress is quite complex. The special features in this test are:1.Many devices and quite complicated subsidiary equipment arc used for experiment.2.In order to have an even average distribution of linear load from press roll, convexity of the press roll must be determined.3.The stress determination for internal wall of the dryer is to measarc the strain under hydraulic pressure, since there are many measuring points, the protection of strain guage and arrangement of measure wire must be free from any interference.4. Before the test, the system error boundary and maximum error boundary of the instruments for use as measurement must be determined checked.The test resulls for two dryers showed:(1) The data of the measure are very good on repeatability and are reliable;(2) The test results arc of significant reference value for treatment of the boundary and dividing of the element on finite clement calculation.
