河南三门峡7475名企业退休职工体检血脂结果分析

Blood fat analysis of 7475 enterprise retired worker of Henan Sanmenxia

目的了解河南三门峡企业退休职工高血脂患病状况及特点。方法采用普查的方法对30余家企业退休职工进行体检。结果体检对象共7475名,高血脂的患病率为33.19%。女性患病率高于男性,女性总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平高于男性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在调整了年龄、性别的影响后肥胖、糖尿病人群患高血脂的危险性分别是正常人群的1.472、1.601倍。结论三门峡市企业退休职工的高血脂患病率较高;女性患病率及血脂水平均高于男性;肥胖、糖尿病人群患高血脂的危险性较高。

Objective To investigate the prevalence rate and the characteristic of hyperlipaemia of enterprise retired worker in Henan Sanmenxia.Methods Using the general survey method to do physical examination for the enterprise retired workers of more than 30 enterprises in Henan Sanmenxia.Results A total of 7475 subjects participated in the study and the prevalence rate of hyperlipaemia is 33.19%.The prevalence rate of hyperlipaemia of female is higher than male.The level of total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol of female is higher than male,differences are statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Compared with normal,the risk of hyperlipaemia to the patients of obesity and diabetes mellitus is 1.472 and 1.601 times respectively adjusted age and sex.Conclusion The prevalence rate of enterprise retired worker in Henan Sanmenxia is higher.The prevalence rate and the level of hyperlipaemia of female are higher than male.The risk of hyperlipaemia to the patients of obesity and diabetes mellitus is higher.
