The Analysis of the Metallic Ekmcnts and the Crystalline Nature of the Scak in the Evaporator

本文对烧碱法麦草浆黑液四效蒸发系统中,各效蒸发器结垢物的金属元素(K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Al、Cu、Zn)组成和晶格结构进行了对比分析,发现各效垢物在性质和金属元素组成上有较大的差异;钙是除硅以外最主要的结垢金属元素;垢物的晶格组成主要是复杂的晶体物质纤硅碱钙石[(Ca,Na_2,K_2)_8·Si_(16)·O_(40)·[IH_2O],还有少量的紫硅铝镁石[(Mg,Al)_8Si_4(O,OH)_(20)]和雪硅钙石[CaO·SiO_z·YH_2O]。

This paper made a comparative analysis on the metallic elements (K, Na, Ca, Mg, Al, Fe, Cu, Zn) and the crystalline structural components of the scales from different evaporators in 4-effect evaporating system for NaOH pulping blaclc liquor. The results show that there arc relative different properties and components of different scales; calcium is a main metal clement in the scales besides silicon; the scale is composed of following crystal substances: mainly, Rhodesitc (Ca, Na2, K2)8Si16 · O40 · 11H2O, some Yodcritc (Mg, Al)8·Si4 · (O, OH)20 and Tobcrmorite CaO · SiO2 · YH2O.
