摘要
目的 探讨慢性肺源性心脏病 (CPHD)病人的细胞免疫功能。方法 采用单克隆抗体法、双抗体 EL ISA夹心法、甲噻唑 (MTT)法检测 31例 CPHD病人稳定期、急性加重期及缓解期 T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD+ 4 细胞、CD+ 8细胞 )、白细胞介素 2 (IL- 2 )、自然杀伤 (NK)细胞活性。结果 CPHD急性加重期患者外周血中 CD+ 4 细胞减少 ,CD+ 8细胞增加 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,IL - 2水平下降 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,NK细胞活性下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 提示 CPHD急性加重期存在细胞免疫功能异常 ,提高免疫功能应列为该病治疗的重要措施。
Objective To study the cell immune conditions in the patients of chronic pulmonary heart diseases (CPHD). Methods T cell activity (CD\++\-4 cell and CD\++\-8 cell), plasma level of IL 2 and NK cell activity were measured with methods of McAb, ELISA and MTT respectively in thirty one cases of CPHD in stages of compensation, exacerbation and recovery and simultaneously in ten cases of COPD without CPHD (as the control). Results The ratios of CD\++\-4 cell declined (\%P\%<0.05), and CD\++\-8 cell increased ( P <0.05); the plasma levels of IL 2 decreased significantly ( P <0.01); and NK cell activity reduced ( P <0.05) in CPHD patients with exacerbation. Conclusion The study indicated that the cell immune functions were suppressed in CPHD patients with exacerbation. Immune activation treatment should be taken as one of the important therapy in those patients.
