摘要
本文针对能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪检出限的校准,具体分析了能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪检出限校准不确定度的来源,以ROHS标准检测X射线荧光分析用标准物质校准,对100mg/kg左右或更低含量下的含铬量进行测量。并详细阐述了能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪检出限的测量不确定度评定的方法。
In view of the detection-limit calibration of Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometers (EDXRFS), the source of uncertainty in the detection-limit calibration of EDXRFS is analyzed. The ROHS criterion is used to detect the standard substances in XRF analysis. The sample with the Cr content no greater than 100mg/kg is measured under this criterion. And the author also elaborates the uncertainty estimation method for the detection limit of EDXRFS.
