摘要 食品安全事件层出不穷,企业主体责任不落实,行政监管难逃其咎,许可审查工作面临监督和问责,如何规避风险和提高许可有效性,本文针对食品生产许可工作中存在的意识风险、审核风险和能力风险,提出相应的审查对策,以期提升审查质量和保障食品安全实现双赢。 Food safety incidents happen frequently due to lack of administrative supervision and corporate principal responsibility. The licensing examination is now facing supervision and accountability. This paper introduces the inspection measures against the main risks in the food production licensing and the methods to improve the effectiveness of licensing. Appropriate examination measures are brought up towards the sense risk, inspection risk and ability risk existing in the food production licensing work, in order to enhance examination quality and ensure food safety.
