用液体渗透法测定亚硫酸盐法苇浆的比表面及比容在打浆中的变化

摘要 比表面和比容都是浆料的重要性质,测定比表面的方法很多,我国过去有学者使用过镀银法及氮气吸收法,但操作困难,且结果尚有争论,而液体渗透法公认为最方便而可靠,本文报告了我们用液体渗透法测定亚硫酸盐法苇浆在PFI磨和Jokro磨打至不同打浆度时的比表面及比容,并讨论了其与打浆度及手抄片各项物理性能的关系,结果表明,比表面随打浆度上升面增加由慢到快,而比容的增加则由快而变成波动状态,比表面和比容都对手抄纸的物理强度有影响,但都不是线性的关系,用液体渗透法与镀银法测定比表面,结果相差很大。 The specific surface and specific volume are the important properties of the pulp. There are many methods to measure the specific surface of the pulp.In China, the silvering method and flow chromatography method were reported. However, these methods were complex and the results were yet argued. The fluid-permeability method was claimed to be easy and reliable. In this paper, the specific surface and specific volume of the sulfitc reed pulp beaten to various SR with PF I mill and Jokro mill were measured with Pulmac Permeability Tester. The relations between the specific surface and specific volume with SR and the physical characteristics of the handshect were discussed. The results show that, the specific surface increased with SR slowly at the start and then quickly, the specific volume increased fast in commencement but fluctuated in later. The specific surface and specific volume all influenced on the physical strengths of the handshcet, but were not linear. The result of the specific surface measured by fluid-permeability was different in comparing with silvering method.
