预扩容对肺手术患者麻醉诱导期血流动力学的影响

The influence of pre-fluid-expansion on the hemodynamic changes of anesthesia induction in patients undergoing lung surgery

目的:探讨预扩容用于肺手术患者,对麻醉诱导期血流动力学的影响。方法:选择40例肺癌肺叶切除患者,年龄38～78岁,美国麻醉医师协会分级(ASA)Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,随机分A、B 2组,A组于麻醉前30 min给予乳酸钠林格氏液6 mL/kg;B组麻醉前不做任何处理。2组麻醉方式相同,术中容量管理方式相同。观察麻醉诱导期血流动力学变化。结果:2组比较,维持麻醉诱导期血流动力学稳定,A组优于B组,差异有统计学意义。结论:适量的预扩容用于肺手术患者,有利于血流动力学稳定,安全可靠、简单易行及实用性好。

Objective：To investigate the hemodynamic effects of pre-fluid-expansion on patients undergoing lung surgery in induction of anesthesia.Methods：40 cases of lung cancer patients undergoing lobectomy,whose age range was from 38 to 78 years and ASA was Ⅰ-Ⅱ,were divided randomly into A and B groups.Lactated Ringer solution was given at the concentration of 6 mL/kg at 30 min before anesthesia in Group A,and there was no any processing before anesthesia in Group B.The methods of anesthesia and capacity management were the same for the two groups.The hemodynamic effects in induction of anesthesia were observed.Results： Group A is superior than Group B on maintaining the hemodynamic stability in induction of anesthesia.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion： Appropriate pre-fluid-expansion is advantageous to the hemodynamic stability for patients undergoing lung surgery and has many predominances including its safety,convenience and practicality.
