尿路上皮分化特异糖蛋白与膀胱癌分化的相关性研究 被引量:8

Correlation between expression of urothelial differentiation associated uroplakin and differentiation of bladder transitional cell carcinoma

摘要 目的 探讨尿路上皮分化特异的糖蛋白 (UP)表达与膀胱癌分化程度的相关性。 方法 用免疫组织化学方法研究UPⅡ Ⅲ在 96例膀胱移行细胞癌的表达情况 ,并与膀胱癌的WHO分级进行对照研究。 结果 UP在G1组乳头状移行细胞癌的表达率为 1 0 0 .0 % (1 9/ 1 9) ,G2 组为90 .5 % (38/ 42 ) ,两组间差异无显著性 (P =0 .40 )。但明显高于G3 组的 5 1 .4% (1 8/ 35 ) ,P =0 .0 0 0 1 ,关联系数为 44 .5 %。G1、G2 组UP表达主要在乳头的外周和囊腔 ,两组间差异无显著性 (P1 =0 .2 0 ,P2 =0 .2 1 )。G3 组则主要在胞浆内 ,明显高于G1、G2 组 (P =0 .0 0 2 6 )。 结论 UP表达与膀胱癌分化程度有相关关系 ,膀胱癌分化越好 ,UP的表达比例越高。 Objective To probe into the correlation between expression of urothelial differentiation dependent uroplakins (UP) and differentiation state of bladder cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical stain was applied to 96 cases of different WHO grading bladder cancer, polyclonal UPⅡ-Ⅲ antibody as the primary antibody. Results 100.0%(19/19) of grade Ⅰ transitional cell carcinoma(TCC), and 90.5% (38/42) grade Ⅱ TCC were positive for UP( P =0.40).Whereas,these were statistically higher than that of grade Ⅲ TCC, which was 51.4%(18/35) positive for UP( P =0.0001, the correlation coefficient being 44.5%. The expression of UP was mainly observed at the peripheral and luminal of the papilla in grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ TCC of urinary bladder with no statistical significance in these two groups( P1=0.20, P2 =0.21).Whereas,UP expression was at the cytoplasm in grade Ⅲ.Which expression was higher than that of grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ ( P =0.0026). Conclusions There is correlation between UP expression and the differentiation of bladder cancer, the better differentiation the higher expression.
