摘要
本文研究了用辅酶 F_(420)含量作为厌氧污泥活性指标。通过测定厌氧污泥中的辅酶F_(420)的含量和在不同基质下厌氧污泥的最大比产甲烷速率(V_(max.CH4)),发现两者之间不存在线性相关性。故可认为用辅酶 F_(420)作为厌氧污泥活性指标可能是不可行的。
The use of coenzyme F420 content as a parameter for anaerobic sludge activity was studied.By means of measuring the content of coenzyme F420 in anaerobic sludge and the maximum specific methane production rate of anaerobic sludge on various substrates,it was proved that the content of coenzyme F420 has no linear correlation to the maximum specific methane production rate.So the conclusion is that the use of coenzyme F420 content as a parameter for anaerobic sludge activity is almost impossible.
