摘要
对工程岩体钻取芯样进行试验是获得其物理力学性质的必要手段,而其中切割岩样又是一个必不可少的关键环节。传统的岩样切割机在耗能、效率、安全以及切割质量等方面仍然存在一些弊端需要改革,创新研究更具技术进步的新型岩样切割机尤为必要。研究内容主要针对传统机型刀架设置为悬臂,其支座处于运动状态,来回一趟仅能切出一个试样,空耗能源太大,而且悬臂端的微小位移给切出的试样带来较大误差。几年来,对切割机各主要部件的工作原理、运行协调、节能高效、安全环保等因素进行了一系列的革新研究,得出新型岩样切割机成果,其刀架主轴为简支梁,两端为固定铰支座,在主轴上可以等距离安装4~7个刀片,岩样在机外另有各种规格的送料板进行装卸,并由传输螺杆运送。与传统机型相比具有能源省、效率高、保安全、保质量、性能稳等许多优点,在岩土工程试验设备中值得推广应用。
By ineans of drilling rock specimen to tested the physical and mechanical property at engineering rock formation,whereas cutting rock specimen is indispensable procedure. Traditional rock cutting machine still be drawback the needs to be improve on consume energy,low efficient,safe of man--operative and sample quality.Bring forth new ideas research more technique of rock specimen cutting machine necessarily. Main technological innovation aim at traditional rock cutting machine in the bearing frame of cutting tool is cantilever beam,the bearing point is movement,only cut off a sample which back and forth,so that waste more energy,besides more deviation sample by cantilever beam tiny displacement.a few years,about main components of rock specimen cutting machine is a series of researched such as the work mechanism of machine,operate harmony with save energy,efficient,safe of man--operative and environmental protection. The results show new pattern that the bearing frame of cutting tool is supported by two fixing hinges, could fixed 4 to 7 bits take equidistance. The rock specimen a dish by detain rock specimen are fitted with tight buckles outside machine,carry by two bolt conveyed on the chassis. Compared with the traditional rock cutting machine,the new more advantage are posses save energy,enhanced efficient,ensure safe of man--operative and mass of sample and performance steady,it is worth could be used widely in the test apparatus for geotechnical engineering.
