老年肿瘤患者对开展优质护理服务需求的调查研究

Investigation of the demands for quality nursing care in elderly patients with tumor

目的通过调查老年肿瘤患者对优质护理服务的需求，为建立最佳的老年肿瘤患者优质护理提供依据，从而提高护理质量。方法选取2012年2-12月住院超过5d以上的200例老年肿瘤患者，其中良性肿瘤组100例，恶性肿瘤组100例，进行优质护理需求服务的问卷调查。结果老年肿瘤患者对优质护理服务各主题的需求百分比均在88．50％以上，老年恶性肿瘤患者对优质护理服务的总体需求得分为（149．98±9．21）分，高于老年良性肿瘤患者的（144．05±9．44）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理人员要根据老年肿瘤患者的特点，充分重视老年肿瘤患者的优质护理服务需求，不断提高对老年肿瘤患者的护理质量。

Objective To study the needs for quality nursing care in elderly patients with tumor and provide constructive suggestions for establishing the best path of quality nursing care for raising nursing quality. Methods Totals of 200 elderly patients with tumor who were more than 5 days in hospital were investigated with the questionnaire of the needs for quality nursing care. Results The percentage of elderly tumor patients had demands on each quality nursing care term was above 88.50%. The total scores of demands in elderly patients with malignant tumor（ 149.98 ± 9.21 ） were higher than（ 144.05 ± 9.44 ） that patients with benign tumor（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Nurses should value the demands of elderly patients with tumor according to their characteristics and continuously improve the nursing quality of elderly patients with tumor.
