摘要
本试验对青霉素、链霉素、土霉素、洁霉素和麦迪霉素生产过程中所产生的废菌渣液利用厌氧生物法处理进行了可行性研究。结果表明,在35±1℃条件下,青霉素、链霉素、麦迪霉素的菌渣液无论是单独处理还是混合处理都能取得较好效果。青霉素菌渣液的负荷率为2.8kgCOD/m^3·d,COD 去除率为74%。链素霉菌渣液的负荷率为3.4kgCOD/m^3·d,COD 去除率为75%.麦迪霉素菌渣液的负荷率为5.1kgCOD/m^3·d,COD 去除率为79%。三种菌渣液混合处理的负荷率为3.4kgCOD/m^3·d,COD 去除率为70.5%。沼气中甲烷含量为58—65%。在本实验条件下利用厌氧生物法处理土霉素菌渣液的效果很差。
This experiment was a feacibility study on sewage by means of anaerobic digestion.The sewage was produced from the process of Penicillin,Streptomycin,Oxytetracycline,Lincomycia and Midecamycia. The result showed that,at the temperation of 35±1℃ the better result could be got whatever the test was single or complex sewage of Penicillin mycylium,Tretomycin mycelium and Midecamycia mycelium.When loading rates of COD were 2.8kg COD/m^3·d,3.4kg COD/m^3·d, 5.1kg COD/m^3·d and 3.4kg COD/m^3.d,COD removed efficiency reached to 74%,75%,79% and 70.5% respectively.The result of treatment sewage of Oxytetracycline mycelium was poor and it Seemed imporsible.
