摘要
知识正在成为企业财富的主要来源,因此企业需要建立自己的知识库。但在知识库的构建过程中,如何保证知识的提供者和评价者的认真负责态度,是亟待解决的问题。文中通过分析构建大众参与的知识库时存在的问题,建立了知识提供者与上传者博弈关系模型,并通过重复博弈仿真分析,得出了如下结论:在大众参与的知识库评价模型构建时,通过提高所有员工的评价能力,降低提供、评价知识的成本,提高行为反馈奖励力度,可以使得员工积极、认真地参与到企业知识库的构建中。
Knowledge is becoming the main source of the enterprises' fortune, so it is necessary to establish a knowledge pool of their own. In the process of the establishment, how to guarantee the knowledge providers and the, evaluators fulfilling their responsibility fully remains an urgent issue. With the analysis of the problems in establishing the knowledge pool, a game nmdel is presented between the knowledge providers and the evaluators. Through repeating game simulation, a conclusion is drawn that by improving the evaluation capacity of all the enterprises' staff, decreasing the knowledge providing and evaluating cost, increasing the feedback reward, participants can be made active and responsihle in the establishment of the enterprises' knowledge pool.
