摊铺机工作时,熨平板的变形量大小度直接影响摊铺路面的质量,尤其是路面的平整度。文中分析了由于熨平板刚度不够对路面平整度带来的影响,阐述了有限元法在熨平板刚度分析中的简单应用,并针对刚度问题提出了提高熨平板刚度的措施,从而达到提高摊熨平板作业质量的目的。

During road paving, the deformation degree of screed delivers a direct impact on road surface quality, especially road surface roughness. The paper analyzes the impact of the road surface roughness causeed by the insufficient screed stiffness, expounds the application of the finite element method in the analysis of the screed stiffness, and puts forward measures to improve the stiffness of screed, so as to improve the operation quality of paver screed.
