从精益生产与六西格玛的共同点出发,分析其整合的可行性,就其整合后带来的极大效益设计出基于精益六西格玛的ERP质量管理系统,帮助企业减少成本,提高效率,加强质量。
This article analyzes the feasibility of the integration of the lean production and six sigma based on their common points, designes an ERP quality management system based on lean six sigma with direction of advantages by the integration, which can help enterprises to reduce the cost, improve efficiency, and strengthen the quality.
