分析了车灯灯罩的工艺特点,介绍了注射模结构设计要点及工作原理。给出了该类模具采用弯销抽芯的典型设计方法,利用推件板顶出,实现了塑件的顺利脱模,得到了合格的塑料制品。

The paper analyses the process features of lamp shade, and introduces the key points of the design of injection mouht and work principle, a typical design method for this mould using Bent pin core pulling is proposed. The plastic part is smoothly demoulding by using the pushing plate, and the qualified plastic products is also achieved.
