改良外剥内扎术治疗急性嵌顿性混合痔临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acute Incarcerated Mixed Hemorrhoids Treated With Modified External Dissection and Internal Ligation

为观察改良外剥内扎术治疗急性嵌顿性混合痔的疗效及手术注意事项，将116例急性嵌顿性混合痔患者分为两组，治疗组60例采用改良外剥内扎术治疗．对照组56例采用传统外剥内扎术治疗。结果显示，治疗组60例全部治愈，有效率100％，治愈率96．7％．术后无大出血、感染、肛门狭窄、痔残留，肛门功能正常．疗效优于对照组。结果表明，采用改良外剥内扎术治疗急件嵌顿性混合痔疗效好，并发症少，安全有效。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of modified external dissection and internal liga- tion and its surgical notice in treating acute incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids. The 116 cases with acute in carcerated mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （ n =60） and con- trol group （ n = 56）. Modified external dissection and internal ligation was performed on the treatment group while the conventional one on the control group. The results showed that all 60 cases were cured in the treatment group, with an effective rate of 100% and a curative rate of 96.7%; no postoperative massive bleeding, infection, stenosis and residual hemorrhoidal tissue occurred; the anal function remained normal;thus it was superior to the control group. It is concluded that modified external dissection and in ternal ligation is safe and effective, with less complications.
