美沙拉秦加愈溃汤口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎33例疗效观察

Mesalazine Combined with Ulcer-healing Decoction in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis：Therapeutic efficacy Observation of 33 Cases

为观察美沙拉秦加愈溃汤口服治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效，将符合纳入标准的65例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组33例采用美沙拉秦加愈溃汤口服治疗，对照组32例采用美沙拉秦口服治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果显示，治疗组有效率为97．0％，对照组为81．3％，两组有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组在改善腹泻、脓血便、腹痛、里急后重等症状方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗结束6个月后，治疗组复发率为17．4％，对照组复发率为29．4％，治疗组复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，美沙拉秦加愈溃汤口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎能提高疗效，并能有效防止病情反复。

In order to observe the clinical efficacy of Mesalazine combined with Ulcer-healing Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, the 65 patients who were accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（ n = 33） and control group（ n = 32）. Mesalazine combined with Ulcer-healing Decoction was given to the treatment group for oral administration, while Mesalazine to the control group alone. The clinical efficacy in both groups was observed. The results showed that the effective rate was 97.0% and 81.3% in treatment group and control group respectively, in which significant difference was found（ P 〈0.05） ; treatment group was superior to control group in improving symptoms such as diarrhea, pussy and blood stools, abdominal pain and tenesmus（ P 〈0.05） ; 6 months after treatment, the treatment group had a recurrence rate of 17.4%, which was much lower than that in the control group （29.4%）（ P d0.05）. It is concluded that Mesalazine combined with Ulcer-healing Decoction in treating ulcerative colitis can enhance the therapeutic effects and prevent disease recurrence effectively.
