莫匹罗星软膏联合醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏治疗肛周湿疹疗效观察

Mupirocin Ointment Combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Urea Cream in Treating Perianal Eczema

为观察莫匹罗星软膏联合醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏治疗肛周湿疹的疗效，将100例肛周湿疹患者分为治疗组52例和对照组48例，治疗组采用莫匹罗星软膏联合醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏外涂于肛周皮损处，2次／d；对照组单独使用醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏外涂于肛周皮损处，2次／d，疗程均为2周，观察两组临床疗效。结果显示，治疗组总有效率为90．4％，对照组总有效率为70．8％，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，莫匹罗星软膏联合醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏治疗肛周湿疹疗效满意。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Mupirocin ointment combined with Triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea cream in treating perianal eczema. The 100 patients with perianal eczema were divided into two groups： treatment group（ n =52） and control group（ n =48）. Mupirocin ointment combined with Triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea cream was applied externally to the perianal skin lesions in treatment group, twice a day; while Triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea cream to the control group, twice a day. Treatment course in both groups lasted two weeks. Clinical efficacy was observed in both groups. The results showed that total effective rate was 90.4% in treatment group and 70.8% in control group respectively, treatment group was superior to control group （ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that Mupirocin ointment combined with Triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea cream is effective for perianal eczema.
