通过文献分析,对医院经营绩效考核的概念、考核指标体系的现状、医院绩效评价的方法、评价体系存在的问题和对策进行了描述和归纳,对深化医院管理理论研究、促进医院经营绩效考核评价的科学性及医院管理决策的民主化与现代化有十分重要的意义。

Through literature review,problems and countermeasures of the concept of hospital management performance evaluation,assessment index system status and hospital performance evaluation methods and evaluation system are described and summarized.This is of great significance to deepen the research of the hospital management theory,to promote the scientificness of performance evaluation,democratization and modernization of decision making in hospital management.
