摘要
主要介绍了蓄热式加热炉燃烧温度自动调节控制的实现,以位置式PID为基础,结合多种方式实现智能温度调节。该技术的应用提高了调节的稳定性,降低干扰的影响,实现了厚板加热炉的温度自动调节。
This paper introduces actualization of combustion temperature control of regenerative reheating furnace,and this control technique bases on Iocational PID,which combines with manifold manner to implement aptitudinal thermoregulation.By using this technique it can enhance stabilization of thermoregulation,and can economize infection of interfere,through this tech- nique combustion temperature auto control of regenerative reheating furnace is realised.
