摘要
使用单片机C8051F340设计了一款盾构机自动导向系统,该系统基于盾构机对隧道挖掘的偏差精度需求,运用Mod-bus通讯协议,实现对盾构机状态的精确测试以及对其预期路线的精确导航。还介绍了该系统的总体软硬件设计方案和测试结果,并对C8051F340单片机进行了简单的介绍。
This paper presents an automation system of shield machine guide which has been designed based on C8051F340 The system tests the precise state of the shied and guides the shied according the expected deviation of the shied machine while digging tunnel by using Modbus.The system＇s overall design,hardware design and software design is included At the same time,C8051F340 MCU is introduced.
